Q1:What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q2:Do the door open?
A: Yes,of course.
Q3:What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q4:Having problems with the remote it's not working do anyone solutions?
A: With the car turned off,hold down M on the remote until the light blinks.Then turn on the car.
Q5:How long does the battery last?
A: Depends on how long they want to ride a couple of hours at least.
Q6:Do you have any certificate of the amusement equipment?
A: Yes, we have CE, ECM,EN71,EN62115, ASTM F963,ROHS certificate.
Q7:Could we install the amusement equipment ourselves?
